When I reached out to Charlie after my husband passed, Charlie's compassion continued. He walked me through each step, helping me understand costs and timeliness. He also helped wirh the obituary. He worded the obituary better than I could have dreamed bringing me to tears. I cant imagine going anywhere else. I am thrilled that the next generation of Kassly's have been raised in the business with the sane compassion. Thank you all for being the support needed at such a vulnerable time. Forever grateful!

My son passed out of state and after bringing him home with me I decided I wanted some of his ashes put into an urn necklace. I called them and they were very kind and accommodating. They had me bring everything in and did it for me. Wonderful people.

My Father passed away in 1998 from ALS, the City of Fairview Heights helped us a lot with fund raisers and things needed, when he passed, Kassly helped greatly with all the arrangements... Now in January my mother passed, and they were just as helpful as they were with my father 23 years ago. Thank you all very much.
